Function: The TMP36FSZ is a low-cost, precision analog temperature sensor designed for accurate temperature measurement across a wide range of applications. It operates from a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V, making it compatible with both battery-powered devices and 3.3V/5V industrial systems. The device provides a linear analog output voltage proportional to the measured temperature, with a sensitivity of 10 mV/°C and a temperature measurement range of -40°C to +125°C. It features high accuracy (±0.5°C typical from 25°C to 85°C, ±1°C max over full range) without requiring external calibration, simplifying system integration. With a low quiescent current of only 50 µA (typical) and minimal self-heating (<0.1°C in still air), it ensures reliable temperature sensing with low power consumption. The TMP36FSZ is packaged in a compact 3-pin SOT-23 package, ideal for space-constrained designs and surface-mount assembly.
